New SF311 App

This is the official app for reporting non-emergency issues to the City and County of San Francisco. Since launching in August of 2013, over 2.5 million service requests have been created via the SF311 mobile app. Over 75% of our total service requests are now created through either the website or the mobile app. That is amazing! We heard your feedback and have added several exciting features to share: • Multi-language Support: available in Chinese, Spanish, and Filipino • Service type predictions: describe the issue or give us a picture and the app will suggest the category • Additional photos: take several photos of the issue to help us find and resolve issues • Enhanced map view: Check out recently created service requests in your neighborhood • Resources and News Feed: Stay connected with the news and notifications in San Francisco How do you like the new app?
