Muni Service Feedback at 556–596 Church StEvery single J is marked NOT IN SERVICE, but still picks up passengers. why???? This is ongoing issue that needs to be resolved. I will report it every time until this lazy practice is stopped.

Muni Service Feedback at 456 Van Ness AvePlease get the J line running fully. The transfer to the K line is always rough at church station. The j arrives always right at the K line is leaving the station. I know the shuttle was added as well but it is also timed hard to get.
