It can be heard at least a block away, including inside my building when all windows are closed. It is incredibly disruptive to sleep. I have called 311... OPENED Case Resolved. Carbon lounge does not host entertainment and does not require a permit from the EC. An inspector responded and confirmed they were not hosting entertainment the night of the complaint.
