Flooding, Sewer & Water Leak Issues at 366 Cumberland StCity sewer line is backed up; I had a plumber take a look at it and he says the blockage is on the outside of the home's sewage trap, on the city's sewage line.
We found tree roots in the pipe, and suspect it is blocked by those roots.
