Noise Issue at 652 Polk St

Brendas rooftop equipment noise and vibration level has increased in recent weeks. The visible "noise box" was installed in 2/2017 to address the SFDPH noise violation but it did not improve my experience, which is that the noise and vibration can still be heard and felt throughout my apartment and the ones below. I sleep in my closet. I contacted Brendas and requested that they extend the existing box upwards. Meanwhile the noise is worse.
