Unlawful curb side sidewalk display maintained on neglected public right of way where City Officials have ignored the law including ADA, Police, Planning and DPW codes. Enforcement isn't a opinion for when City Officials ignore the law – there is no law, there is no order, there is no justice, and any professed civil authority is hypocritical, corrupted and comes worthless. Public nuisance the obstructs pedestrian sidewalk and sustains blight and disorder. Enforcement mandatory!
