Blocked Driveway & Illegal Parking at 2480 Fulton St

On busy Fulton Avenue we need a small area to turn coming out of our garage so as to prevent backing into the cars on the opposite side of the road. We recently had sfmta red zone repainted. This car regularly parks in the area over weekends. To park blocking our turn out of the garage will cause unsafe turning problems for us all weekend as it is likely to remain where it is. There are three cars who use the garage.
