Dangerous Tree Branch! Along the green strip that runs between Ulloa and Portola, there is a tree brand that has cracked and is dangling and ready to fall at any time. There is a nearby bus stop and many people wander through this part of the public parkway. So, this branch is a very dangerous hazard. There are a few other downed branches in the area but not are threatening to fall on people like this one!
