Pothole & Street Issues at 1493 Kansas St

Noisy manhole cover at intersection of Kansas St and 26th St. See picture for exact location. Ever since Pro-Pipe inspected the sewer at 26th and Kansas on Feb 19th the manhole cover generates a loud clang each time someone drives over it, which is like every 20-120 seconds at this intersection.
