Abandoned Vehicles at 40 Calhoun Ter

This car has been parked on Calhoun terrace for 2 years. We have filed complaints before. They are given a notice, they move the car quickly, then they move it right back into this parking space where it sits for months. The car has cobwebs on it and they are using it for storage. PLEASE help. Please come back to see if it’s still in the same place.
