Flooding, Sewer & Water Leak Issues at 1625 Plymouth Ave

Raw sewage overflowing on sidewalk. Reported earlier but didn't categorize it correctly. Since photo was taken, sidewalk is wet as it continues to back up. Sidewalk was cleaned earlier this year but cause has not been corrected.
