This urinal seems to have been forgotten. It's been in disrepair for months. Stagnant water has formed in its basin. Mosquito season is upon us. San Franciscans playing handball or baseball, and those who picnic will be the mosquito's victims. Plus, the black plastic bag for months is blight in Golden Gate Park. GGP Structure Maintence Division is a block away.
