Pothole & Street Issues at 949 Natoma St

Recent road work from adjacent building (new construction/tie-in to utilities) has left SFFD/water cap several inches above street level. This is damaging passing car wheels and is creating a lot of noise in the neighborhood as cars hit the tall rattling cap.
