Possible lateral sewer line break at 484 37th resulting in a sink hole in street (now repaired), an eroded curb, a leaning brick column, a sunken tree stump between the column and sidewalk and an animal burrow under the column per the crew foreman on site now. Have called 311 now as well but submitting this with photos. Prior report case 11359106. Don't have phone report case number because he said he needs to direct multiple work requests to different departments.
