Curb & Sidewalk Issues at Intersection Of Rice St & San Jose Ave

Curb needs to be repainted red. It was all red before curb repair. They did not repaint it red so cars are now parking here. Too dangerous to drive out of rice street with a parked car here blocking. Curb needs to be painted red again asap.
