Curb & Sidewalk Issues at 355 Clementina St Yerba Buena

There's a dangerous hole in the sidewalk outside the American Bookbinders Museum at 355 Clementina. It's right where someone would step out from a parked car into the sidewalk. It's rough and at night you can't tell there's no cap on it. I park here myself quite often, and always have to caution my passengers, who are elderly, about the hole. PLEASE fix before someone breaks an ankle! !
