Tree Maintenance at Sf San Francisco County Ca

Into GGP on Arguello across Fulton up the hill to Conservatory Drive West down to and across JFK up the hill on the right sidewalk towards the Rhododendron Dell. Halfway up the hill, this somewhat sharply cut off tree branch (see photo) points out into the sidewalk from behind a tree. The branch appears suddenly and people are in danger of running into it and doing serious damage to themselves. The branch needs to be cut back.
