Tree Maintenance at Visitacion Ave Visitacion Valley Sf

This tree is blocking the stop sign for incoming cars. People don't seem to pay attention to the road paint so it's imperative to have the sign visible. People almost get hit and cars narrowly avoid collision in this 4 way street. It's located in Visitacion Ave. and Desmond St. as the cross street. It would be best to cut the tree down.
