Abandoned Vehicles at 320 Alabama St Mission District

A large RV has set up permanent residence outside my home. They have not moved in several weeks. They have jacks and wheel stands supporting the RV. Occupant can been seen doing something with a mask on which is very unsettling (see photo attachment). South Dakota Plate 1BF 016
