Streetlight Repair at 4710 Cabrillo St

Pulsates on and on and on and on and on not a steady light very very often on just like the other one that used to be on the other corner of the same street which I reported it seems these LEDs do this after a few years but this light is now stroking and that's not what these things are supposed to do is strobe
