Garbage Containers at 890 Taraval St

There is a trash can door that is constantly swung open making it hazardous for the bus to properly line up at the stop, impeding accessibility access. Please rotate trash can so that door is facing up hill and swings open inward on the sidewalk. Please contact me when this is completed.
