So one of the fluorescent lights under the bridge in the children's playground of Dolores park is constantly blinking. Like it is about to die. It's really annoying. I wish I could upload video so you could see better. But it needs replacing; and another one of the fluorescent strips is completely dead. Again, this is under the bridge that connects to the main slide in the middle of the playground.
