Abandoned Vehicles at Unknown #1000902081

Follow Up to two previous reports on this abandoned car on 8th Ave near entrance to Mountain Lake Park. It is a blue car, with a gray car cover parked in this location since lat January. Windshield has violation sticker on it placed 2/4/20 stating car must be moved by 2/7/20. Tires are clearly marked with red chalk showing no movement. Owner has avoided towing by hiding the car license plate and violation notice under the car cover. Car is filled with trash, dashboard has been removed.
