Idiots climbing fence to play in CLOSED basketball courts. People have been doing this daily. The morons in this photo climbed over the fence to the kiddie playground, then climbed another fence to enter the basketball court. Better enforcements need to be placed to prevent this. The police station is across the street but that doesn't stop any violators.
