Pothole & Street Issues at Intersection Of Brotherhood Way & Lake Merced Blvd

Large paving gap reported multiple times over many months, closed by 311 as 'resolved' but no repair ever made. See attached screenshot for two previous request numbers. Still dangerous for cyclists, public safety hazard. Why does it show as resolved? Thank you.
