Been here 3 days approx 10 tents plus 2 xtra large structures made of styrofoam, wood and plastic...they must be the condos. Seriously though...they don't seem to be Covid19 refugees, but the typical junkies, aggressive begging and mentally ill. If it wasn't for the garbage and human feces...it would be slightly bearable but it's hard to walk dog and kids. Let's move them after the rains Thank you 311 crew for all that you do!
