Muni Service Feedback at 1202 Sutter St
The 19 POLK is supposed to pick up at Sutter in Leavenworth at 0533 every morning. For the past few days it arrived early causing me to miss the bus. I am not going to rearrange my morning schedule because Muni cannot manage their people and have the buses run ON TIME. 533 means 533. Not 528. Who's going to reimburse me for the cab fare I have to pay to get to work on time? This is unacceptable and continues to happen on a daily basis. Manage your people and make sure the buses run ON time not ahead of schedule
