Flooding, Sewer & Water Leak Issues at 454 40th Ave

Today someone came out and couldn’t clean the City sewer. The section has to be replaced. This is the 4th time already. This is an Emergency. I have been displaced from my home since the beginning of April during SIP. I can’t live in a house where we can use water because the sewer backs up on the street, in our basement and on the neighbors property. When will this be resolved? As stated, we have had to move because of the sewer problem related to City pipes.
