Gushing water coming out of broken pipe at rear of 511 Hayes Street commercial property into backyard of residential units at 416-422 Linden. Commercial property is closed and no way to contact unknown owner. Creating immediate safety issue for tenants at 416-422 Linden And causing backyard to flood and impact residents
