Tree Maintenance at 2586 21st Ave

This tree has several large branches with irregular sharp ends that stick out into the side walk exactly at EYE LEVEL. Please cut the branches so that pedestrians can walk safely. My son cut his forehead this weekend when he walked into one of these branches by accident.
