Noise Issue at 3151 21st St

These guys woke all of us up around 2:30 AM rolling trash cans along Capp St and 21st Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Their truck is super-loud, too - even when sleeping with earplugs. STOP THIS. No more middle-of-the-night pickups! COVID is stressful enough without having this happen to everyone as well.
