There is an encampment across the street from my home that is very disturbing, makes a lot of noise at night (screaming, yelling) and during the day (plays loud music, gatherings of parties) and is violating social distancing rules. The music and yelling during the day and night is very disturbing for working from home, sleeping, and feeling safe in my neighborhood and home. There's also an increase of trash in the area and on this street.
