Noise Issue at 634 Powell St Chinatown

Noise is from a 3rd Floor Apt. inside Residential Bldg 634 Powell St, per attached photo. A loud, thundering Laundromat runs for 30 To 50 mns at any random times of the day between 11am & 9pm almost every day including Weekends & Holidays._Today’s horror show started @3:58pm > Nauseous, sickening, maddening, revolting!_How can such a monstrous health hazard be allowed in our own wonderful, compassionate, sanctuary city S.F. while Sheltered In Place?
