Pothole & Street Issues at 1289 Fell St

SF needs to paint the curb red/No Stopping in the turning lane to avoid an accident. Cars are constantly parking in the turn lane from Fell Street onto Broderick Street to use the Bank of America ATM. Parking in this area blocks the bike lane. I have seen near misses, Fell getting backed up due to confusion about whether the car is parked or turning and aggressive behavior from other drivers. Note the bank has designated parking available when using these ATMs.
