Pothole & Street Issues at 2333 17th St

Single broken yellow line confuses motorists. I often see vehicles traveling westbound on 17th, east of Potrero Ave, in the opposite/oncoming traffic lane, such as in the attached picture. Suggest double yellow line and new paint and reflectors for centerline stripe.
