Pothole & Street Issues at 88 Perry St South Beach

Hello, SF city workers are drilling in the 88 Perry street alley and left this man-hole sitting wide open. Where like gas could be coming out of it. Or some small dog or child could fall in the man hole is not contained. Seems dangerous! This is right outside my window.
