Flooding, Sewer & Water Leak Issues at 215 Fremont St South Beach

There is water coming up from a vent line in the tree planter. Comes and goes periodically maybe once a month. Just happened today 9/18/2020 @ 2:45. (please see building engineer for more information. Thanks! )
