LOCATION Curb and sidewalk opposite of 580 Roosevelt ISSUE: Expired street permit #20EXC-02081: 1) Construction Equipment (Steel Plates + discarded safety cones) present tripping hazard for pedestrians. 2) Permit signs blocking narrow sidewalk 3) Building materials (e.g. pipes) at risk of rolling onto street. 4) Pile of asphalt material is blowing onto sidewalk and street street. M SQUARED CONSTRUCTION needs to seriously address this site or entirely remove the materials immediately
