Flooding, Sewer & Water Leak Issues at 1455 Powell St Russian Hill

Sewer water leaking in my commercial unit. Backing up my 8 pedicure station sinks. Sometimes my customers are in the shop and sewer water will overflow in the sink of pedicure stations, Sewer water coming from upstairs tenant's kitchen sink and laundry also when I do my laundry. Landord, Mark Siu Mak, refused to fix the main sewer line for the whole building. Said, it's not his problem. Ongoing problem. This a health and safety concern.Please help.
