The homeless have broken into the traffic light or phone box at the corner of Cleary Ct. and Laguna Streets and are stealing power. PG&E E said it isn't them and must be one of these two things and the city needs to handle this. The city came out to the box and put caution tape around it two months ago. Will some homeless kid's parents be suing the city when they get electrocuted? Like ghost ship? Or will you fix it?
