Tree Maintenance at 1340 Funston Ave Inner Sunset

The tree in front of my home has low hanging branches. The branches are so low that the street sweeping vehicle is not able to go underneath them- the street sweeper vehicle avoids the area completely. Trash, leaves, and debris are piling up in the street. The tree needs to be trimmed or else the storm drains will get clogged when the rain comes.
