Tree Maintenance at 1295 Alemany Blvd

The tree is completely overgrown! You can't see coming in traffic in both directions. Several people have been hit by cars crossing the street several car accidents. Not sure if this is the city's responsibility or the homeowners. I have several more pictures. Unfortunately your app wouldn't allow me to upload more than one photo. More accidents will happen on silver on Alemany if this issue isn't taken care of.
