Encampment at 310 Carolina St

Tent has been here for over 4 months now and a second one went up a few weeks ago. People who live here continue to deal drugs and spread garbage around the entrance of Jackson Playground. They are also not social distancing when having guests over at all times of the day and night. Attached photo shows a "guest" with what looks to be a stolen purse and is hoping to buy drugs.
