Blocked Pedestrian Walkway at 900 Gilman Ave Bayview

The extension from the fire hydrant is a safety hazard! It is blocking the passenger side of parked cars, and causing difficulties for people in wheelchair to get in and out of the car and use the sidewalk. People using the side walk could easily trip over the it. It needs to be removed from the side walk and placed somewhere else.
