Noise Issue at 1516 48th Ave

The owner and visitors are not respecting the neighborhood with their noise levels. Currently there are a number of people who have very loud motorcycles that are going on and out of this house regularly. The riders rev the motorcycles at all hours of the day and night. The noise emitted from the people from this house needs to be addressed. The noise is frightening for all, including children and animals, it wakes people from sleep, it sets off car alarms throughout the neighborhood.
