Noise Issue at 51 Innes Ct Bayview

There is ongoing disturbing construction noise from C street on the shipyard pier. The site starts the work around 6:15 am from Monday to Saturday. As a resident living in the nearby community (51 Innes. Ct.), since December 2020 I have been woken up every morning during 6-7 am by the noise either from the big trucks running to the construction site or from the operating machines at the site. They are very loud during the day time too. And operate on weekend and holidays(like today MLK day).
