Pothole & Street Issues at 1756 Sanchez St

There is a sinkhole that measures 3' by 2' in the middle of the road at 1749 Sanchez St. Our neighbor was riding his bicycle down the street yesterday, and he suffered injuries when he lost control and fell head first to the pavement. We are monitoring his condition. We have marked the sinkhole with chalk because it is unnoticeable to a bicyclist who is coming down a fairly steep hill. I hope it can be fixed quickly before the next rain comes and washes the chalk away. Thank you for your assistance
