This broken down or stolen pickup truck has been parked here for months without moving. It is being used as a trash can / garbage dumpster by the residents who live at 1673 45th. I and everyone who lives on this street are really tired of looking at this truck and the accumulating pile of trash in the back. It has no plates because they think if they take off the plates it can stay their forever. Periodically giving a parking ticket doesn't do anything. It needs to be towed!
