Advertising flags, graffiti, postings and trashing public space is allowed to undermine and degrade public trust in government, damage/degrade property, which desecrates entire neighborhoods. All of which points to San Francisco's #1 slumlord public officials who continue to collect salaries, benefits and pensions without actually fulfilling their duties to the public. We don't require 11 Supervisors or a Mayor, which are down the list of needs!
