Garbage Containers at 1801 Palou Ave

I walked around the hill above and cleaned up trash. I do this occasionally to keep the hill clean. There used to be a trash cab at the play park where I deposit the collected trash but I think DPW removed it for street work? I don't have room in my household trash so I left the bag near where the trash can used to be. Can we get the can back?
